Installation of a three-lane undivided concrete pavement section. Improvements to Keller Hicks and Katy intersection include:

1. Left turn lanes
2. Traffic signal
3. Improved railroad crossing for cars and pedestrians 

• Project 103276 (Phase 2) - Keller Hicks Phase 2 - Park Vista Blvd to Lauren Way

 Installation of a three-lane undivided concrete pavement section from Park Vista to Lauren Way.  Improvements include:

1. Street lights
2. 10' sidewalks  
3. Traffic signal at Woodland Springs
4. Storm water drainage

This project is in Council District 10.

November 2024 Project Update

• Keller Hicks Phase 1 - Lauren Way to US 377  

1. The contractor to begin working on Katy Road and Railroad Crossing through November 2024.

   *Katy Road will be one-way Northbound during this time.

   *The Keller Hicks Railroad Crossing will be closed during this time.

   *Keller Hicks West of Katy will be one-way traffic initially.  It will transition to two-way traffic again when more of the Katy Intersection is built.

2. Expect heavy road construction through the end of 2024.
3. Please avoid construction zone and expect road closures and one way traffic.

• Phase 2: 

Project is in the final stage of design.

Right of Way Acquisition is Complete.

Utility Relocation has begun and will continue through 2024.

Road Construction to begin when Phase 1 is complete and Phase 2 Utility Relocation is complete in 2025.
