Sanitary sewer lines will be replaced in Fort Worth Council District 8 and Fort Worth Council District 11. Construction also impacts the City of Everman.

The northernmost area is between East Lancaster Avenue and Interstate 30 - bound by Toronto Street to the west and Ben Avenue to the east. It is one block west of the Tandy Hills Natural area.

The southernmost area borders Everman. Sanitary sewer lines will be replaced in an area between Joel East Road to the north, Everman Parkway to the south, Snowden Road to the west and Wichita Street to the east.

The affected area includes:

Fort Worth Council District 8

• Joel East Road from Snowden Road to Oak Grove Road
• Oak Grove Road from Joel East Road to 1,250 feet south of Joel East Road
• Easement between Joel East Road and Enon Road from Oak Grove Road to Wichita Street
• Oak Grove Road from Enon Road to Everman Parkway

Fort Worth Council District 11

• Easement north of Meadowbrook Drive from Toronto Street to Ben Avenue
• Easement west of Ben Avenue from 170 feet north and 190 feet west of the Meadowbrook Drive/Ben Avenue intersection to 100 feet north

Construction may impact customers in the West Meadowbrook area.
