Street & Transportation Improvements

This project will reconstruct Meandering Road from 4 lanes to 3 lanes, realign the intersection at Roberts Cut Off, construct intersection improvements at Yale Street and LTjg Barnett, add sidewalks within project limits and bike lanes on LTjg Barnett.

This project is in partnership with TxDOT and the City of River Oaks.

  • Environmental Clearance is expected to be complete in April of 2023.
  • Utilities and Right-of-Way anticipated to be complete in October 2023
  • Construction is expected to begin in Summer 2024
