This Fort Worth Water capital improvement project is in two areas of Fort Worth that are divided by Martin L King Jr Freeway/Hwy. 287. Both project sites are in Fort Worth Council District 8.
Existing water and sewer mains will be replaced in the east area of the project and in the west area of the project.
The eastern part is bound by Burchill Road at Mitchell Boulevard to the north; McKenzie Street, Titus Paulsel Park and Englewood Park to the east; Burchill Road South to the south; and Mitchell Boulevard and Cobb Park to the west.
Construction will impact the Polytechnic Heights South neighborhood association.
The western part is bound by East Berry Street to the north; Mitchell Boulevard and The Shoppes at Renaissance Square to the east; East Berry Street South and Cobb Park to the south; and Sandgate Street and East Berry Street to the west.
Construction will impact the New Mitchell Boulevard and United Communities Association area.
