This capital improvement program addresses needed street improvements by facilitating redevelopment and revitalization in identified areas of the Near Southside District.
Currently, TPW is proceeding with construction for Round Five of improvements. Round Six of proposed improvements is currently in design with plans to begin construction in 2026.
Improvements for Round Six include replacing existing water and sewer lines in the identified streets, as well as rehabilitation of select portions of streets throughout Near Southside.
