North Bailey - Lakewood to White Settlement - Water and Sewer

Existing water mains and sanitary sewer mains will be replaced in an area bound by Lakewood Road to the north, Rockwood Park Drive to the west, White Settlement Road to the south and North Bailey Avenue to the east.

Cast Iron water lines will be replaced on:

• North Bailey Avenue from Lakewood Road to Crestwood Terrace
• Crestwood Terrace from Rockwood Park Drive to North Bailey Avenue
• Crestwood Drive from White Settlement Road to Crestwood Drive
• Crestwood Terrace from Crestwood Drive to Lindenwood Drive
• Lindenwood Drive from Crestwood Drive to White Settlement Road
• Ridgewood Road from Cresthaven Terrace to Crestwood Terrace

Water and Sewer Replacements:

• Ridgewood Road from Cresthaven Terrace to Crestwood Terrace
• Lindenwood Drive from Crestwood Terrace to White Settlement Road
• North Bailey Avenue from Cresthaven Terrace to Crestwood Terrace

Sewer Line Replacements:

• Crestwood Drive from Crestwood Terrace to the north dead end
• Easement north of the Crestwood Terrace dead end, then 235 feet northeast
• Easement between Rockwood Park Drive and  North Bailey Avenue from Cresthaven Terrace, then north 175 feet
• Easement between Sherwood Drive and Cresthaven Terrace from Rockwood Park Drive, then east 630 feet

This project is in a residential area that is surrounded by the West Fork Trinity River, Rockwood Golf Course and Greenwood Cemetery.  This project is in Council District 7 and impacts the Crestwood neighborhood association and Westside Alliance.
