Existing water mains and sewer mains will be replaced in an area bound by Azle Avenue at McCandless Street to the north and east, True Avenue to the east, Jacksboro Highway to the south and the City of Sansom Park and Beverly Hills Drive/McCandless Street to the west.

Landmarks include the WJ Turner Elementary School (two blocks to the east of the project), Rosen Park, Northside Pump Station, Fort Worth Fire Station #15 and North Texas Area Community Health.

Cast iron water mains will be replaced in:

McCandless Street/Beverly Hills Drive
Terrace Trail
Capri Drive
Trena Street
Macie Avenue
Sewell Avenue
Robinson Street
Glade Street
Flagstone Drive
And, Urbanview Street

Water and sewer mains will be replaced in:

Terrace Trail from Capri Drive to Beverly Hills Drive
Trena Street from Macie Avenue to Capri Drive
Macie Avenue from Terrace Trail to True Avenue
Sewell Avenue from Terrace Trail to Capri Drive
Beverly Hills Drive from Jacksboro Highway to Glade Street
Robinson Street from Beverly Hills Drive to True Avenue
Glade Street from Beverly Hills Drive to Capri Drive
McCandless Street from Glade Street to Azle Avenue
Flagstone Drive from McCandless Street to Capri Drive
Urbanview Street from McCandless Street to Capri Drive
Capri Drive from Jacksboro Highway to Urbanview Street

Sewer mains will be replaced in easements that include:

The easement south of Trena Street from 270 feet north of the Terrace Trail/Capri Drive intersection to True Avenue
Easement north of Robinson Street from 220 feet north of the Robinson Street/Capri Drive intersection to True Avenue

City of Fort Worth water lines will be abandoned in:

Skyline Drive from Jacksboro Highway to Glade Street
Glade Street from Skyline Drive to Beverly Hills Drive

This project is in Fort Worth Council District 2. Construction will impact homes and businesses in the North Beverly Hills neighborhood association, Interdistrict 2 Alliance, and the Far Greater Northside Historical neighborhood association area.
