Existing water and sewer mains will be rehabilitated or replaced in an area bound by Buck Sansom Park and 28^th Street to the north, Refugio Avenue to the east, Ohio Garden Road and Rockwood Park Golf Course to the south and, WJ Turner Elementary School, Macie Avenue and Rosen Park to the west.

Cast iron water mains will be replaced in:

Azle Avenue
Prairie Avenue
Loving Avenue
Columbus Avenue
And, Gould Avenue

Alley between Azle Avenue and 26^th Street from Kearney Avenue to south 900 feet (sewer)
Easement between Azle Avenue and 26^th Street from Grayson Avenue to south 210 feet (sewer)
Alley between 27^th Street and 28^th Street from Grayson Avenue to Ephriham Avenue (sewer)
Ephriham Avenue from Hanna Avenue to west 300 feet (sewer)
Alley between 25^th Street and 24^th Street from West Long Avenue to Grayson Avenue (sewer)
Alley between 24^th Street and 23^rd Street from Kearney Avenue to west 1,500 feet (sewer)
Easement between NW Loraine Street and 28^th Street from 250 feet north of the Roosevelt Avenue/28^th Street intersection to east 150 feet (sewer)
Easement between Loving Avenue and Prairie Avenue from NW Loraine Street to the south 650 feet (sewer)
Roosevelt Avenue from NW 28^th Street to north 150 feet (sewer)
Alley between Gould Avenue and Market Avenue from 28^th Street to 26^th Street (sewer)

This capital improvement project is in Fort Worth Council District 2. Construction may impact customers in the North Side neighborhood association, Far Greater Northside Historical neighborhood association and the Inter-District 2 Alliance.
