Existing water and sewer lines will be replaced in an area bound by Falcon Way to the north, North Calhoun Street and Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad to the east, NW 34^th Street to the south and Fort Worth Meacham International Airport to the west. Landmarks include the Vintage Flying Museum and Fort Worth Fire Station #25.

Cast iron water lines will be replaced in:

• NW 38^th Street
• Ross Avenue
• Clinton Avenue
• North Houston Street
• Ellis Avenue
• North Main Street
• North Commerce Street
• NW 35^th Street

Water and sewer mains will be replaced in the following streets.

• Ellis Avenue from NW 34^th Street to NW 37^th Street
• NW 36^th Street from N Houston Street to 1,025 feet west.

Water mains will be replaced in the following streets and easements.

• North Calhoun Street from NE 34^th Street to NE 35^th Street
• North Commerce Street from NE 34^th Street to NE 38^th Street
• North Main Street from NE 34^th Street to NE 38^th Street
• NW 35^th Street from North Main Street to 1,100 feet west
• North Houston Street from NW 36^th Street to NW 38^th Street
• Clinton Avenue from NW 34^th Street to NW 38^th Street
• NW 38^th Street from Clinton Avenue to 610 feet west
• Ross Avenue from NW 35^th Street to NW 37^th Street
• Easement west of Clinton Avenue, from 360 feet west of the Clinton Avenue/NW 34^th Street intersection to NW 35^th Street
• Easement at the west end of NW 35^th Street from 310 feet west of the NW 35^th  Street/Ross Avenue intersection to 272 feet northwesterly
• Easement west of Ross Avenue from 165 feet west of the Ross Avenue/NW 36^th Street intersection to 230 feet north

Sewer mains will be replaced in the following alleys and easement.

• Alley between North  Commerce Street and North Main Street from NE 36^th Street to NE 37^th Street
• Alley between North Main Street and Ellis Avenue from 120 feet west and 350 feet south of the North Main Street/35^th Street intersection to NW 36^th Street
• Alley between Ellis Avenue and North Houston Street from 165 feet west and 350 feet south of the NW 35^th Street/Ellis Avenue intersection to NW 36^th Street
• Alley between North Houston Street and Clinton Avenue from NW 36^th Street to NW 37^th Street
• Alley between Clinton Avenue and North Houston Street from 180 feet east of the 35^th Street/Clinton Avenue intersection to 270 feet south
• Alley between Clinton Avenue and Ross Avenue from NW 35^th Street to NW 37^th Street
• Easement west of Ross Avenue from 185 feet west of the Ross Avenue/NW 34^th Street intersection to 1,350 feet south
• Alley north of NW 36^th Street from 165 feet west and 230 feet north of the Ross Avenue/NW 36^th Street intersection to 250 feet west

This capital improvement project is in Fort Worth Council District 2. Construction will impact the Far Greater Northside Historical  neighborhood association, Diamond Hill Jarvis neighborhood association, and the Inter-District 2 Alliance.
