This Fort Worth  Water capital improvement project focuses on the construction of the Panther Island sewer collector main to provide for future development.

The La Grave Field stadium sits on nearly 350 acres of prime real estate, which is part of the future development.  

Construction on the sewer collector main will impact the following streets and a river crossing:

• NE 7^th Street from Calhoun Street to 350 La Grave Field east
• Calhoun Street from NE 7^th Street to 350 La Grave Field, south of 4^th Street
• River crossing from the south bank of the West Fork of the Trinity River to the north bank of the West Fork of the Trinity River

This City of Fort Worth Water project is in Fort Worth Council District 2, in an area that is predominantly businesses.

The 24-inch in diameter sewer siphon touches the Fort Worth  Downtown neighborhood alliance - located on the northeast side of the project.
