Water and/or sewer mains are being replaced in the Park Hill Drive and 8th Avenue area.  The streets will be restored following the construction.

This area is bound by West Jessamine Street to the north, West Cantey Street to the south, Shirley Avenue to the west, and 8th Avenue to the east.

The affected streets and easements include the following.

Council District 3 and Council District 9

• Park Hill Drive from Shirley Avenue to Frazier Avenue (water)
• Park Hill from Rogers Avenue to Sandage Avenue (water and sewer)

Council District 9

• Easement across from Fort Worth Western Railroad property from Park Hill to 8th Avenue (water)
• 8th Avenue from West Jessamine Street to West Cantey Street (water)
• Easement between Wayside Drive and Frazier Avenue from Park Hill to Robert Street (sewer)
• Easement between Wayside Drive and Forest Park from Park Hill to Robert (sewer)
• Easement between Forest Park and McCart Avenue from Park Hill to Robert (sewer)

Construction may impact customers in the University West, Frisco Heights, Paschal, Park Hill Place, Berkeley Place, Fairmount, and Ryan Place Improvement neighborhood association areas.
