The Transportation and Public Works Department will repair streets and do heavy maintenance on the asphalt.

Additionally, damaged curb and gutter, driveways, and non-compliant curb ramps will be replaced.

Streets that will be rehabilitated include:

• Elms Ct From Elms Rd W To W Cul de sac

• Elms Rd W From Genoa Rd To Saxony Rd

• Firth Rd From Ridgmar Blvd to Westover Dr

• Genoa Rd From Ridgmar Blvd to Elms Rd E

• Juneau Rd From Saxony Rd to Elms Rd E

• Klamath Rd From Private Gate to Elms Rd

• Plaza Pkwy From Ridgmar Plaza to Westridge Ave

• Ridgmar Plaza From I-30W Fwy to N Cul-De-Sac

• Saxony Rd From Private Gate to Inca Rd

• Taxco Rd From I-30W Fwy to N Cul-De-Sac

• Versailles Rd From Inca Rd to Ggenoa Rd

• Westover Dr From Firth Rd to City Limit

• Westridge Ave From Plaza Pkwy to Pershing Ave

This project is located in Council District 3.

November 2024 Project Status

• The construction is anticipated to start in early January 2025 and be completed by July 2025. 

• Project signs will be in place prior to start construction. Door hangers will be placed on front door one week prior to construction beginning.

• Driveways may be partially blocked during rehabilitation and while driveway approaches are being replaced.

• Landscaping and irrigation will be kept intact or repaired to current condition.

• No trees or sidewalks will be impacted.
