Existing water and sewer mains will be replaced in an area bound by White Settlement Road to the north, Merritt Street to the east and the West  Fork Trinity River to the south and west.

The affected streets include:

• White Settlement Road from Merritt Street on the east side to the Fort Worth city limits to the west (water and sewer);
• McGee Drive from Westfork Drive to Westfork Drive (water and sewer);
• Westfork Drive from White Settlement Road to Deavers Lane (water and sewer);
• Deavers Lane from Westfork Drive to the cul-de-sac (water and sewer);
• Roberts Cut Off Road from White Settlement Road to Deavers Lane (water and sewer);
• Redbud Lane from Athenia Drive to Slate Street/Redbud Lane (water and sewer);
• Slate Street from Athenia Drive to Slate Street/Redbud Lane (water and sewer);
• Slate Street from Redbud Lane to Scott Road (sewer);
• Easement south of White Settlement Road from White Settlement Road to 390 feet south (sewer);
• Easement north of Deavers Lane from Deavers Lane to 190 feet north (sewer);
• Easement south of Deavers Lane from Deavers Lane to 475 feet south (sewer);
• Easement south of Scott Road from Scott Road to 360 feet south (sewer).

This capital improvement project is in Fort Worth Council District 7. Construction  may impact the River District neighborhood association and River Heights HOA.
