Existing water and sewer lines will be replaced in an area bound by West Mason Street to the north, Union Pacific Railroad to the east, West Felix Street to the south and South Adams Street to the west. 

Landmarks in and on the outskirts of the project area include Rosemont Middle School, Hubbard Heights Elementary School, Bob Bolen Public Safety Complex, Fort Worth Fire Department Training and Rosemont Park. 

This project is in Fort Worth Council District 9 and Fort Worth Council District 11. Everything north of West Seminary Drive is in Council District 11 and everything south of West Seminary Drive is in Council District 9.
