Existing water and sanitary sewer mains will be replaced in areas on both sides of I-35W South. The project is bound by East Waggoman Street to the north, Union Pacific Railroad to the east, Sycamore Creek and SE Loop 820 to the south, and Hemphill Street to the west.

Landmarks include the Bob Bolen Public Safety Complex, Union Pacific Railroad and the Fort Worth and Western Railroad.

• East Fuller Avenue from Felix Street to Cole Street (water and sewer)
• Easement 100 feet east of Felix Street from East Fuller Avenue to 180 feet northwest of East Fuller Avenue (sewer)

• May Street from W. Felix Street to W. Spurgeon Street (water)
• West Spurgeon Street from Hemphill Street to May Street (water)
• W. Boyce Avenue from Hemphill Street to the east dead end (water)
• And, W. Felix Street from Hemphill Street to 110 feet east of May Street (water)

• East Waggoman Street from the I-35 northbound frontage road to the east dead end at the Union Pacific Railroad tracks (water and sewer)
