Existing water and sanitary sewer mains on the south side will be replaced in an area bound by West Seminary Drive to the north, Adams Street and Hemphill Street to the east, West Fuller Avenue and the Burlington Northern & Santa Fe Railroad to the south and James Avenue to the west.

This Fort Worth Water capital improvement project is in Council District 9.

Cast iron water mains will be removed in the following streets:

• W Fuller Avenue
• W Boyce Avenue
• W Gambrell Avenue
• W Beddell Street
• 6^th Avenue
• 5^th Avenue
• W Spurgeon Street
• S Adams Street

Water mains and sanitary sewer mains will be replaced in the following streets, alleys and easements.

• Easement west of 5^th Avenue from 180 feet west of the 5^th Avenue/West Broadus Street intersection, then south 150 feet
• Easement between West Beddell Street and West Broadus Street from 5^th Avenue to 6^th Avenue
• Alley between West Beddell Street and West Broadus Street from 5^th Avenue to South Adams Street
• Easement west of 5^th Avenue from 360 feet west and 250 feet north of the 5^th Avenue/West Beddell Street intersection, then south 500 feet
• Easement west of Ryan Avenue from 250 feet west of the West Beddell/Ryan Avenue intersection, then south 200 feet
• Alley between West Gambrell Street and West Beddell Street from 5^th Avenue, then west 1,520 feet
• Alley between West Hammond Street and West Gambrell Street from Ryan Avenue, then east 1,500 feet
• Alley between West Boyce Avenue and West Hammond Street from Ryan Avenue to South Adams Street
• Alley between West Spurgeon Street and West Boyce  Avenue from 5^th Avenue, then west 320 feet
• Easement west of 5^th Avenue from 320 feet west and 140 feet north of the 5^th Avenue/West Spurgeon Street intersection, then south 230 feet
• Alley between West Fuller Avenue and  West Felix Street from 5^th Avenue, then east 1,800 feet

Landmarks include Rosemont Middle School and Rosemont Park Elementary School, Hubbard Heights Elementary School, Southwestern Baptist Theological  Seminary and the Bob Bolen Public Safety Complex.
