This project will involve the widening of Wagley Robertson to five lanes from Quicksilver Court to Coneflower Trail.

Additional features include:

• bike and pedestrian paths
• new streetlights
• new drainage systems
• new curbs and gutters

Flood improvements are planned for two stream crossings that include raising the roadway to prevent future flooding.

This project is located in Council Districts 7 and 10.

January 2025 Project Update

• This project has been selected to be one of the City's Design to Build projects. This type of project allows for TPW and contractor to start early work such as milling the road or assessing water line relocation needs.

• Flatiron has been selected as the Design-Builder, has M&C approval, has an executed contract and is working.

• Coming next are internal workshops to help the Designer (Huitt-Zollars) support Flatiron's schedule and targets to develop this Progressive Design Build project.
