• Sycamore Creek and S&P Railroad to the east
• Fogg Street to the south and,
• I-35W frontage road to the west.

Cast iron water mains will be replaced in:

• Lamont Street
• East Butler Street
• Cole Street
• East Dickson Street
• I-35W Frontage Road
• McClure Street
• Minden Street
• East Butler Street
• East Fogg Street

This project is in Fort Worth Council District 8 and Fort Worth Council District 11.

Water and Sewer Main Replacements

• East Butler Street from Cole Street then 200 feet east of Berke Road
• E Butler Street from 253 feet east of McClure Road then east 422 feet

Water Main Replacements

• McClure Street from Minden Street to Atkins Street
• Minden Street from Scoma Road to Joe Frazier Road
• East Fogg Street from Berke Road then west 1,000 feet
• McClure Street from Minden Street to Atkins Street
• Minden Street from Scoma Road to Joe Frazier Road
• East Fogg Street from Berke Road then west 1,000 feet

Sewer Main Replacements

• Easement west of McClure Street from Atkins Street then south 400 feet
• Riley Street from McClure Street then west 1,200 feet
• Elva Warren Street from McClure Street then west 1,000 feet

Council District 11

Water and Sewer Main Replacement

• E Dickson Street from the I-35W frontage road to 245 feet east of Evans Avenue

Water Main Replacements

• Lamont Street from the IH-35W frontage road to New York Avenue, then 200 feet southeast
• East Butler Street from the IH-35W frontage road to New York Avenue
• Cole Street from Lomo Street to Butler Street
• IH-35W Frontage Road from East Ripy Street to East Waggoman  Street

Sewer Main Replacements

• Easement between Donna Street and East Biddison Street from 172 feet east of the IH-35W frontage road to Evans Avenue
• Easement between Lamont Street and East Ripy Street from 172 feet east of IH-35W frontage road to Evans Avenue
• Easement between Minden Street and Butler Street from the IH-35W frontage road to Cole Street
• Easement between East Butler Street and Lomo Street from 110 feet east of the IH-35W frontage road to Evans Avenue
• Easement between Lomo Street and East Dickson Street from 250 feet east of Evans Avenue  then east 500 feet

Landmarks include Worth Heights Community Center, Echo Lake, and Ciquio Vasquez Park.

Construction will impact the  Brentmoor Neighborhood Association, Carter Park neighborhood association, United Communities Association, Weisenberger Sunny Hill Garden, Weisenberger AdditionFairview Heights Addition, and Vanderzyl Addition.
