Design and construction of a concrete divide on the current four-lane road. Project limits are from Boat Club Road to Wind River Drive.

Additional project plans include:

1. New turn lanes
2. Traffic signals
3. Sidewalks for pedestrians and bicycle lane
4. New pavement
5. New curbs and gutters and drainage improvements

This project is in Council District 7.

March 2025 Project Status

• City staff and assigned reviewers are preparing comments for the Designer as final plans were submitted for review.
• Work is underway on ROW needed for the project.
• Work is wrapping up related to the right-of-way parcels. The  franchise utilities have been submitting their relocation plans for City review.
