Existing sanitary sewer mains and water mains will be replaced in an area bound by Kearney Avenue to the north, Columbus Avenue to the east, Menefee Avenue to the south and NW 20th Street to the west. Water and sewer mains will be replaced on West Long Avenue, and sewer mains will be replaced in the alleys.  The affected area includes:

• West Long Avenue from NW 27th Street to Columbus Avenue (water and sewer);
• Alley between NW 27th Street and NW 28th Street between Kearney Avenue and Menefee Avenue (sewer);
• Alley between NW 28th Street and NW Loraine Street from West Long Avenue to Kearney Avenue (sewer);
• Alley between NW Loraine Street and NW 29th Street from West Long Avenue to Kearney  Avenue (sewer);
• Alley between NW 29th Street and NW 30th Street  from West Long Avenue to Kearney Avenue (sewer);
• Alley between NW 29th Street and NW 30th Street from West Long Avenue to 80 feet east (sewer);
• Alley between NW 30th Street and NW 31st Street from West Long Avenue to 400 feet west (sewer);
• Alley between NW 30th Street and NW 31st Street from West Long Avenue to 450 feet east (sewer);
• Alley between 20th Street and 21st Street from Macie Avenue to 450 feet northwesterly (sewer);
• Alley between 21st Street and 22nd Street from Lydon Avenue to Kearney Avenue (sewer);
• Alley between 22nd Street and 23rd Street from Macie Avenue to 1,585 feet southeasterly (sewer).  

This project is in Fort Worth Council District 2 and impacts the Inter-District 2 Alliance and the Far Greater Northside Historical neighborhood association.
