Existing sanitary sewer mains and water mains will be replaced in an area bound by Hilltop Road to the north, Manderly Place to the south, Bellaire Circle to the west and Carolyn Road to the east. Cast iron water mains are being replaced with this project.

This project is in Fort Worth Council District 3. Construction will impact the Westcliff neighborhood association and the Westcliff West neighborhood association. Landmarks include WP McLean Middle School and the WP McLean 6th Grade Center.
We hosted a community construction meeting on April 8, 2024. At that time, Fort Worth Water was ready to start construction but was waiting for Atmos Energy to complete their improvements in your neighborhood. The contractor expects to start construction on Trail Lake, South Hill and Carolyn. That is subject to change. Please check your front doors for door hangers that will alert you that the Fort Worth Water contractor will be mobilizing.
The Total Solar Eclipse is expected to pass through Fort Worth before 2 pm on Monday, April 8, so don’t miss the 7 p.m. community construction meeting for the Westcliff and Westcliff West Area Water and Sewer Improvement project. Cowtown Marathon – 3584 South Hills Avenue – is hosting the Fort Worth Water meeting. Cast iron water mains will be replaced.
