This project spans four City of Fort Worth council districts.

The project sites are south of I-30/West Freeway, east of Camp Bowie Boulevard, northwest of Granbury Road and west of East Loop 820 South.

Fort Worth Water will replace existing water and sewer mains in the following streets, alleys and easements.

Fort Worth Council District 6 - Map 1

Alley between Libbey Avenue and Blackmore Avenue from Littlepage Street to 275 feet east (sewer)
Alley between Goodman Avenue and Libbey Avenue from Horne Street to 210 feet east (sewer)
Alley between Libbey Avenue and Blackmore Avenue from 120 feet west of Bourine Street to 190 feet east of Bourine Street (sewer)
Alley between Kilpatrick Avenue and Bonnell Avenue from Bourine Street to 230 feet east of Bourine Street (sewer)
Alley between Fletcher Avenue and Bonnell Avenue from Bourine Street to 440 feet east (sewer)
Alley between Goodman Avenue and Libbey Avenue from 50 feet west of Merrick Street to 50 feet west of Merrick Street (sewer)

Construction will impact the Como neighborhood association.

Easement - west and east of Carolyn Road - from 130 feet west of Carolyn to 140 feet east of Carolyn Road (sewer)
Alley between Carolyn Road and Boyd Avenue from 100 feet south of Brady Avenue to 560 feet south (sewer)
Easement north of Brady Avenue from Stadium Drive to 490 feet west (sewer)

Construction will impact the Westcliff West neighborhood association and Westcliff neighborhood association.

Alley between Stadium Drive and Odessa Drive from West Berry Street to 1,200 feet south (sewer)
Benbrook Boulevard right-of-way from Odessa Avenue to 155 feet east of Wabash Avenue (water and sewer)
Easement between Park Ridge Boulevard and Jeanette Drive from South Hills Avenue to Butler Street (sewer)
West Butler Street from University Drive to Granbury Road (water and sewer)

Construction will impact the Bluebonnet Hills neighborhood association.

Fort Worth Council District 5 – Map 4

Willie Street from Etta Street to Vera Avenue (water and sewer)

Construction will impact the Historic Stop 6 neighborhood association.
