Wichita Street and Forest Hill Drive Area Water and Sewer Improvements

The focus of this Fort Worth Water capital improvement project is the water line extension on Wichita Street  - from Joel East Road to West Bell Street. This segment is in Fort Worth Council District 8, the City of Everman and the City of Forest Hill. 

The City of Everman water meter will be removed and a City of Fort Worth water meter will be installed. Water and sewer mains will also be replaced. 

The project area is bound by:

• City of Fort Worth/City of Forest Hill boundary line to the north
• Forest Hill Drive to the east
• West Bell Street to the south (City of Fort Worth/City of Everman boundary line)
• And Wichita Street to the west (City of Fort Worth/City of Everman boundary line)

Water and sewer mains will be replaced in:

• Eddie Place from Lana Circle to Marrs Drive
• Lana Circle from Altamesa Boulevard to the west cul-de-sac
• Lea Place from the south dead end to Darien Street
• Darien Street from Lana Circle to Lea Place
• Roland Court from Marrs Drive to Marlinda Circle
• Unnamed cul-de-sac south of Roland Court from the east dead end to 245 feet west
• Marlinda Circle from Marrs Drive to Roland Court

Water mains will be replaced in:

• Wichita Street from Joel East Road to  Bell Street (adjacent to the City of Everman)
• Forest Hill Drive from Lon Stephenson Road to south 1,056 feet  ( adjacent to Forest Hill)

Sewer mains will be replaced in:

• Easement west of the Eddie Place cul-de-sac from the Eddie Place cul-de-sac to 140 feet west of the Eddie Place cul-de-sac
• Easement between Eddie Place and Lana Circle from the Eddie Place cul-de-sac  to the Lana Circle cul-de-sac
• Easement south of Eddie Place from Eddie Place to southerly across Altamesa Boulevard to Roland Court
• Marrs Drive from Altamesa Bouluevard to 106 feet north of Lana Circle
• Easement northeast of Darien Street from Darien Street to 230 feet northeast of Lea Place
• Easement west of the Roland Court cul-de-sac from the Roland Court cul-de-sac, to the west 131 feet

The project area is predominantly residential. This is in the City of Fort Worth, City of Everman and the City of Forest Hill.
