The WJ Boaz Road design plans include widening  Boaz (Boat Club Road (FM 1220) to Elkins School Road) to a four-lane road. 

Additional features include:

  • New street lights
  • Bike and pedestrian path
  • Sidewalks
  • Drainage improvements
  • Water relocation

 

This project is in Council Districts 2 & 7.

December 2024 Project Update 

The project design plans are complete. In the coming month, work to finish Right of way acquisition is key. Next, the franchise utility relocations will begin.
