TCU Area Lead Replacement & Infrastructure Improvements

Project Description

New Project Scope: New water and sewer lines will be installed, City-owned lead service lines will be replaced, and streets will be paved in the TCU, Bluebonnet Hills, Frisco Heights and University West area of Fort Worth. The affected streets include Merida Avenue from McPherson Avenue to West Bowie Street (water & paving); the alley between Princeton Street and Cantey Street from Greene Avenue to Parmer Avenue (sewer); Lubbock Avenue from McPherson Avenue to West Cantey Street (water & paving); Wabash Avenue from Park Hill Drive to West Cantey Street (water & paving); Rogers Avenue from Benbrook Boulevard to Biddison Street (water & paving); the alley between Merida Avenue and Sandage Avenue from Cantey Street to McPherson Avenue (sewer); the alley between Merida Avenue and Lubbock Avenue from Bowie Street to Lowden Street (sewer); McPherson Avenue from Lubbock Avenue to Sandage Avenue (water); Bowie Street from Merida Avenue to Sandage Avenue (water & paving); Lamesa Place from Benbrook Boulevard to Rogers Avenue (water, sewer & paving); and Bluebonnet Circle from W. Biddison Street to S. University Drive (sewer).
