Thomas Place Community Center

Thomas Place Community Center, located off Camp Bowie Boulevard, is an historic red-bricked building that was once the second-oldest school on Fort Worth’s west side. The center offers after-school programs, special events, and a selection of classes that covers everything from art to zumba.

After School Program

Center staff provides supervised walks to Thomas Place Community Center from South Hi-Mount Elementary at 3:30 p.m. (The walk is also open to children from other schools who are dropped off at South Hi-Mount.) However, children dropped off at the center by their parents are accepted from all local schools.
