Last HOA update - 6/8/2022
Hello, Newport Village!
We hope that your week has been off to a great start! We know that it has been some time since our election, and many of you have not had the opportunity to officially meet us to get to know us and our vision for the community. We have been trying to figure out our roles and gather an understanding of our current standing as an HOA board, the common areas, and other additional information that we could gather from the interim board with the help of the City of Fort Worth.
Now that we have some understanding of these things (not everything, but enough to share), we would like to invite you all out for a meet and greet this Saturday, June 11th from 4 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. at the volleyball court area. Please come with chairs so that you can sit in comfort and also cool drinks and snacks for yourself or to share. Here is an event flyer to download and share. Please share this information with neighbors as some may not be on this mail listing.
On the flyer, you can scan the QR code (or click here) to fill out a quick two-minute survey to help us learn more about you and what you would like to see in our community. We look forward to mingling with you all!

Late CEO update 4/26/2022
The Community Engagement Office lends support to community organizations within the City of Fort Worth. In an effort to respond to your community's request for help, the Community Engagement Office has offered this temporary webpage to assist with communication while the HOA transitions over to homeowner control. Once the inaugural board is elected and the HOA has their own website and means of online communication, this website will no longer be viewable to the public.
Brief Summary
The HOA has been established and the nonprofit status has been filed. On February 28,the Community Engagement Office hosted an educational meeting to inform the community of the purpose and scope of our office. On March 28, our office hosted an informational meeting to explain the nominations process. Nine members submitted their candidacy, and nominations closed Friday, April 1. PPT presentations of past meetings can be found on this webpage under CFW Resources.
Election Results
The Community Engagement Office assisted the HOA's first annual meeting on April 25 after the interim board called the meeting to order.
