The City of Fort Worth is calling for an expression of interest and Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) to perform professional engineering (planning, design and construction phase) services associated with the University Drive from Trail Drive to West Rosedale Street Streetscape Project for the Transportation and Public Works Department’s Capital Delivery Division. The City desires to obtain information regarding the responder’s experience/capabilities in providing planning, design and construction services for complete street project including infrastructure improvements like access management, pedestrian amenities, landscaping, irrigation and traffic signal improvements.
City also requires expertise in dealing with federal processes for design, construction documents development, acquiring environmental clearance, hydrological studies, utility coordination, acquiring necessary permits, ROW identification and acquisition services, TXDOT public meeting and public hearing assistance, bid and construction phase services and close out requirements.
The deadline for receipt of digital SOQs is 5:00 p.m., February 17, 2022. Submittals received after the stated time and date shall be rejected as non-responsive.
