This project encompasses two areas. The western part is in Alamo Heights between Chisholm Trail Parkway and I-30. It is bound by Wirfield Street to the west, Alamo Avenue to the north, Bedford Street to the east and Lisbon Street to the south.

The eastern part is in the Riverside Alliance area between State Hwy. 121/Airport Freeway and the Trinity Railway Express line. It is bound by Blevins Street to the west, Airport Freeway to the north, Seaman Street to the east and East 1^st Street to the south.

The affected streets and alleys include:

Council District 11

• Noble Avenue from Fairview Street to Seaman Street (water and sewer);

• Seaman Street from Noble Avenue to State Hwy. 121/Airport Freeway (water and sewer);

• Blevins Street from East 1^st Street to Airport Freeway (water and sewer);

• Colonial Street from East 1^st Street to Airport Freeway (water and sewer);

• East 1^st Street from Penland Street to Blevins Street (water and sewer).

Council District 9

• Alley between Valentine Street and Lisbon Street from Wirfield Street and Clover Lane (sewer);

• Alley between Alamo Avenue and Valentine Street from Duboise Street east 670 feet (sewer).

Construction impacts the Riverside Alliance and the Alamo Heights neighborhood association.
