Altamesa Pump Station Backup Power and Electric Improvements The Altamesa Pump Station is one of four large City of Fort Worth pump stations that are essential for water supply. The Altamesa Pump Station requires replacement of aging electrical switchgear and motor as well as backup generators. Improvements are vital to keep the pump stations operating if there is another deep freeze similar to the one that Fort Worth experienced in February 2021.
Altura to Lanark Foster Park Area Water and Sewer Improvements Existing water and sewer mains will be replaced in an area bound by Altura Road to the north, Hildring Drive East to the east, Lanark Avenue to the south and South Drive to the west. This project is in the Foster Park neighborhood association area.
Animal Care & Control Facility A second animal care and control facility that will be located in north Fort Worth will be designed. This facility is expected to house approximately 100 animals.

Altamesa Pump Station Backup Power and Electric Improvements The Altamesa Pump Station is one of four large City of Fort Worth pump stations that are essential for water supply. The Altamesa Pump Station requires replacement of aging electrical switchgear and motor as well as backup generators. Improvements are vital to keep the pump stations operating if there is another deep freeze similar to the one that Fort Worth experienced in February 2021.
Altura to Lanark Foster Park Area Water and Sewer Improvements Existing water and sewer mains will be replaced in an area bound by Altura Road to the north, Hildring Drive East to the east, Lanark Avenue to the south and South Drive to the west. This project is in the Foster Park neighborhood association area.
Amanda Avenue - Rosedale to Ramey- Area Water and Sewer Improvements Existing sanitary sewer mains and water mains will be replaced in an area bound by Hilltop Road to the north, Manderly Place to the south, Bellaire Circle to the west and Carolyn Road to the east. Cast iron water mains are being replaced. This capital improvement project is in Fort Worth Council District 3 and will impact the Westcliff and the Westcliff West neighborhood associations.

Blue Mound Road Water Main Relocation Project Fort Worth Water will relocate four water main crossings between Heritage Trace Parkway and East Bailey Boswell Road to accommodate the reconstruction and widening of Blue Mound Road from U.S. 81/Hwy. 187 south to Watauga Smithfield Road.
Bluebonnet Hills and Westcliff Area Water and Sewer Improvements Existing water and sewer lines will be replaced in an area bound by Benbrook Boulevard to the north, Bluebonnet Circle to the east, South Hills Avenue to the south and Stadium Drive to the west. This project is in Fort Worth Council District 9. The western edge of the improvement project touches Fort Worth Council District 3.

Bryant Irvin Road 30-inch Water Main/Pressure Plane Transfer Project In order to provide improved water reliability and delivery to Fort Worth Water's Southside II pressure plane area, this capital project will install a water main to allow the transfer of water from the Westside II pressure plane to the Southside II pressure plane.
Camp Bowie - Montgomery to Clifton - Cast Iron Water Main Replacement An existing 30-inch in diameter cast iron water main will be replaced on Camp Bowie Boulevard, from Montgomery Street to Clifton Street.
Camp Bowie Area - Neville to Clover - Water & Sewer Improvements Existing water and sewer lines will be replaced in an area bound by Camp Bowie Boulevard to the north, Clover Lane to the east, Interstate 30/West Freeway to the south and Camp Bowie Boulevard at Neville Street to the west. Central Meadowbrook and Handley Area Sewer Easement Replacement Existing sanitary sewer mains will be replaced in an area bound by Meadowbrook Drive to the north, Cravens Road to the east, East Lancaster Avenue/Hwy. 180 to the south and Queen Street to the west. Landmarks include the Meadowbrook Golf Course and West Handley Elementary School.
Clear Fork Lift Station and Force Main This project has two parts - a lift station and force main. The two will help eliminate sanitary sewer overflows and handle both normal and peak flow conditions.
Cleckler and North Riverside Drive Sewer Improvements An existing sanitary sewer main will be removed, and replaced, in an easement between North Riverside Drive and Cleckler Avenue. This easement is in Fort Worth Council District 11.
Cloverdale Drive Area - I-20 to Oak Grove Road - Water and Sewer Existing water and sewer mains will be replaced in an area bound by Interstate 20 to the north, Milmo Drive and the Missouri Pacific Railroad to the east, Oak Grove Road West to the south and Roma Lane to the west. Downtown Fort Worth Water and Sewer Main Replacements Cast iron water mains – ranging in diameter from 16 inches to 42 inches in diameter – will be replaced in Downtown Fort Worth. The project area is bound by Henderson Street at West Weatherford Street to the north, Lancaster Avenue to the south, Cherry Street to the east and Fournier Street at 10th Street to the west.

Hanna Ranch Sewer Main Improvements This Fort Worth Water capital improvement project will replace approximately 15,800 linear feet (2.9 miles) of a 50-plus year old sewer main to provide for growth in southeast Fort Worth and the Hanna Ranch development. Hanna Ranch is located southeast of I-35W and Altamesa Boulevard.
Highland Hills Area Water and Sewer Improvements Water and sewer mains will be replaced in an area bound by Oak Grove Road to the north, Oak Grove Road West to the east, Glasgow Road to the south, and Southeast Loop 820 to the west. These water lines were selected for replacement because the existing material is cast iron.

Historic Rosedale, Stop 6, Handley & Echo Heights Water and Sewer The project area is bound by Van Natta Lane to the north, Muse Street to the east, Cox Street to the south and Pate Drive to the west. The segments are divided by Loop 820. The City of Arlington is south and east of the project.
Historic Southside Area Water and Sewer Replacements and Installations This project area is bound by Terrell Avenue to the north, Freeman Street and the Union Pacific Railroad to the east, Rosedale Street to the south and Bransford Street to the west. Cast iron water mains will be replaced on East Humbolt, East Pulaski, Verbena and Freeman streets.A 15-inch in diameter concrete sanitary sewer main will be abandoned.

Lake Arlington Gravity Main Portions of the existing wastewater collection system serving the Village Creek Wastewater Basin are at capacity. Increased capacity is necessary to handle projected growth within the basin, which also includes the wholesale customer cities of Burleson and Crowley. The Lake Arlington Lift Station Gravity Main has two parts, the downstream gravity main and the upstream gravity main.
Lake Arlington Lift Station A lift station is used to pump wastewater or sewage from a lower level or elevation to a higher level.
Lake Country Drive Water and Sewer Improvements Existing water and sewer mains will be replaced in an area bound by Skylake Drive and Eagle Mountain Lake to the west, Dosier Creek and Boat Club Road to the north, Eagle Mountain Country Club to the east and Golf Club Drive and Carter Slough to the south.

Little Fossil Creek Sewer Interceptor Improvements Existing sanitary sewer interceptors will be replaced in four project areas that impact Fort Worth Council District 4, Haltom City and Blue Mound.

Grove - Water and Sewer Improvements Existing water and sewer mains will be replaced in an area bound by NW 35th Street to the north, North Grove Street and the Union Pacific Railroad/Santa Fe Railroad to the east, NW 31st Street to the south and Loving Avenue to the west. Cast iron water lines will be replaced with this project. This Fort Worth Water capital improvement project is in Fort Worth Council District 2.
Marine Creek Drainage Basin Phase 2 Part 2 Improvements This Marine Creek Drainage Basin Phase 2/Part 2 Improvement project includes building a parallel sanitary sewer main that will replace a severely deteriorated sanitary sewer main located immediately downstream of the project main. The construction is bound by Ten Mile Bridge Road to the north and east, Marine Creek Lake and Park to the south, and stops short of Huffines Boulevard to the west.
Marine Creek Parallel Sewer Interceptor Improvement Project New sanitary sewer and water mains will be installed in streets, alleys and easements in an area bound by NE 23rd Street to the north, Cold Springs Road to the east, NE 12th Street to the south, and Mule Alley – south of the Stockman Club and the Fort Worth Stockyards - to the north and west. The rehabilitation parallels the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad, Marine Creek and NE 23rd Street.
Markum Ranch Pump Station and Ground Storage Tank Growth within west Fort Worth and its Extra Territorial Jurisdiction (ETJ) requires continuous improvements to the water distribution system in order to provide and maintain reliable water service to existing and proposed developments within the Westside III, IV, and V pressure planes.
Marquita Drive Water and Sewer Improvements Existing water and sewer mains will be replaced in a 3-block area of Marquita Drive, which is located east of AltaMere Drive and west of Bonnie Drive.
Meadowbrook, Joel East and Oak Grove Area Sewer Improvements Sanitary sewer lines will be replaced in Council District 8 and Council District 11. The northernmost area is between East Lancaster Avenue and Interstate 30 - bound by Toronto Street to the west and Ben Avenue to the east. The southernmost area borders the City of Everman - between Joel East Road to the north, Everman Parkway to the south, Snowden Road to the west and Wichita Street to the east.
Miller Avenue to Trueland Drive Area Water & Sewer Improvements This project encompasses the replacement of existing 16-inch in diameter up to 24-inch in diameter cast iron water mains -as well as aging sewer mains in an area bound by Forbes Street to the north, Griggs Avenue to the east, Martin Street to the south, and Trueland Drive to the west. The Eastwood elevated storage tank serves the northern area and the Timberline tank serves the southern area.
Mistys Run Sewer Extension A sanitary sewer main will be extended on Mistys Run, from Keller-Hicks Road to Old Denton Road.

Monticello, Linwood and Westside Area Water and Sewer Improvements Existing water and sewer mains will be replaced in an area bound by White Settlement Road to the north, University Drive to the east, West 5th Street to the south and Virginia Place to the west. The streets and easements are located in Council District 7 and Council District 9.
Morningside and Glencrest Area Water and Sewer Improvements Existing water and sewer mains will be replaced in two areas that are bound by Marion Avenue to the north, Glen Garden Avenue to the east, Wyatt Court to the south and I-35W/Blue Star Memorial Highway to the west.
NASJRB and Fort Worth Area Water and Sewer Improvements Existing water mains - and one sewer main - will be replaced at the Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base in Westworth Village and in the cities of Fort Worth, River Oaks and White Settlement. This project is bound by Fort Worth Council District 7 to the north and east, River Oaks to the east, Fort Worth Council District 3 to the south and, White Settlement to the south and west.
Near Southside Medical District Water and Sewer Improvements Existing water and sanitary sewer mains will be replaced in this capital improvement project that is bound by East Vickery Boulevard and West Freeway to the north, Kentucky Avenue and Evans Avenue to the east, West Magnolia Avenue to the south and South Ballinger Street to the west.
Neches, Deen and Terminal Road Area Water and Sewer Improvements Existing water and sewer mains will be replaced in an area bound by Terminal Road to the north, Deen Road and the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway North Yard to the east, NE 36th Street to the south and Neches Street to the west. The area is primarily residential with Cesar Chavez Primary School on the southeast end.
New York, Main, Morningside, Capps, Page and Alley Infrastructure Existing water and sanitary sewer mains will be replaced in an area bound by East Arlington Avenue to the north, New York Avenue to the east, West Cantey Street to the south and College Avenue to the west.

North Riverside Drive 30-inch Water Main - Springdale to Booker In order to improve the water delivery and reliability to the north side, Fort Worth Water will install a 30-inch water main on North Riverside Drive from Booker Street to Springdale Road. This project includes the replacement of smaller diameter cast iron water mains and deteriorated sanitary sewer mains along the alignment of the proposed 30-inch water main.
North Saginaw Boulevard 24-inch Water Transmission Main The North Saginaw Boulevard 24-inch water transmission main, Phase 1B will extend from the Business US 287/Heritage Trace Parkway intersection to a location near the Business US 287/Bonds Ranch Road intersection.
North Side - 38th Street to 34th Street - Water and Sewer Improvements Existing sewer mains and water mains will be replaced in an area bound by NE 38th Street and Fort Worth Meacham International Airport to the north, Decatur Avenue to the east, NE 34th Street to the south and Main Street/Business 287 to the west.
North Side - Ellis Avenue Area - Water and Sewer Improvements Existing water and sanitary sewer mains will be replaced in an area bound by NW 26th Street to the north, North Main Street to the east, East Central Avenue to the south and Clinton Avenue to the west. Ellis Avenue is the focus. Landmarks include the Stockyards, Fire Station #12 and Marine Creek.
North Side - Meacham Airport to North Calhoun- Water and Sewer Existing water and sewer lines will be replaced in an area bound by Falcon Way to the north, North Calhoun Street and Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad to the east, NW 34th Street to the south and Fort Worth Meacham International Airport to the west. Landmarks include the Vintage Flying Museum and Fort Worth Fire Station #25.
North Side - Menefee Avenue Area - Water & Sewer Improvements Existing water and sewer mains will be replaced in an area bound by East Allen Avenue to the north, I-35W South Freeway frontage road to the east, East Ramsey Avenue to the south and South Main Street to the west. Cast iron water mains will be replaced. This project is in Fort Worth Council District 11.
North Side and Far Greater Northside Historical Water and Sewer Existing water and sewer mains will be rehabilitated or replaced in an area bound by Buck Sansom Park and 28th Street to the north, Refugio Avenue to the east, Ohio Garden Road and Rockwood Park Golf Course to the south, and WJ Turner Elementary School, Macie Avenue and Rosen Park to the west.
North Side and Stockyards Area Infrastructure Improvements Sanitary sewer mains and water mains will be replaced in an area bound by NW 25th Street to the north, North Grove Street to the east, NW 16th Street to the south and Grand Avenue to the west. Landmarks include the Stockyards Station, Saunders Park, All Saints Catholic School, Manual Jara Elementary, Boys and Girls Club, NICA, Marine Park, Northside Park, J.P. Elder Middle School and Maddox Park.
North Tarrant Express Water and Wastewater Relocations, Segment 3A The Texas Department of Transportation entered into an agreement with North Tarrant Express Mobility Partners (NTEMP) to identify and construct highway improvements in the northeastern part of Tarrant County, including portions of Interstate 35W, Interstate 20, and State Hwy. 183 corridors within the city of Fort Worth.

Northpointe 24-inch Water Transmission Main A 24-inch in diameter water transmission main will be installed in north Fort Worth.
Northside III 54-inch Water Transmission Main Alignment and Land Study This alignment study includes the proposed water transmission main that would extend from the Eagle Mountain Water Treatment Plant (6801 Bowman Roberts Road) at the southwest end, to the existing 36-inch in diameter Northside III water main at Willow Springs Road at the Blue Mound Road West intersection to the northeast.
Northside, Circle Ridge and Johns Way Water and Sewer Improvements Deteriorated water and/or sewer mains will be replaced in the North Fort Worth area, adjacent to Lake Worth, Sansom Park and River Oaks.
Oak Grove, Savage and Glasgow Area Water and Sewer Improvements Existing water and sanitary sewer mains will be replaced in an area bound by Oak Grove Road and SE Loop 820 to the north, Oak Grove Road West to the east, Glasgow Road to the south and I-35W South Freeway and SE Loop 820 to the west. Landmarks include Highland Hills Baptist Church and East St Paul Baptist Church.
Park Hill Drive & 8th Avenue Infrastructure Improvements Water and/or sewer mains will be replaced in the Park Hill Drive and 8th Avenue area. This area is bound by West Jessamine Street to the north, West Cantey Street to the south, Shirley Avenue to the west, and 8th Avenue to the east.
Reed Street and Hatcher Street Water and Sewer Improvements This project was created as part of the water cast iron pipe initiative to reduce the amount of water main breaks. Fort Worth Water management has committed to replacing a minimum of 20 miles of cast iron pipe every year.
Richardson Slough Lift Station and 20-inch Sewer Force Main The Richardson Slough lift station modification/20-inch in diameter sanitary sewer force main project will provide services to future development, including to the proposed Tavolo Park subdivision. This capital improvement project is in southwest Fort Worth – southeast of the Columbus Trail and Old Granbury Road intersection and west of Chisholm Trail Parkway.
Richmond, Baltimore, Arlington and Delaware Area Water and Sewer Existing water and sanitary sewer mains will be replaced in an area bound by Elmwood Avenue to the north, Delaware Avenue and the Fort Worth and Western Railroad to the east, East Davis Avenue to the south and I-35W South Freeway to the west. Carroll Peak Elementary School is in the project area.
River District and River Heights Area Water and Sewer Improvements Existing water and sewer mains will be replaced in an area bound by White Settlement Road to the north, Merritt Street to the east and the West Fork Trinity River to the south and west. This project is in Council District 7. Construction may impact the River District neighborhood association and River Heights HOA.
River Trails Area Sewer Main Replacement Fort Worth Water will replace two 15-inch in diameter ductile iron sanitary sewer mains in easements in the River Trails Park area. The easement is south of Trinity Boulevard and northeast of the West Fork of the Trinity River. The replacement is 320 feet west and 150 feet south of the Sabinas Trail/Salado Trail intersection, then southeast 2,215 feet then south 675 feet.
Riverside and United Riverside Area Water and Sewer Improvements Water mains and sewer mains will be replaced in an area that is bound by East 1st Street to the north, North Riverside Drive to the east, Huffman Street to the south, and the Trinity River and Sylvania Avenue to the west.
Riverside Area Sewer Improvements Sanitary sewer mains and water mains will be replaced in an area bound by Clary Avenue to the north, Airport Freeway to the south, North Sylvania Avenue to the west, and North Riverside Drive to the east.
Riverside, Oakhurst and East Fort Worth Water and Sewer Improvements Existing water and sanitary sewer mains will be replaced in an area bound by Goldenrod Avenue to the north, Haltom Road to the east, Interstate 30 to the south and North Sylvania Avenue to the west. Landmarks include Gateway Park and Fort Woof Park to the east, Sylvania Park to the northeast, Mount Olivet Cemetery to the northwest and Riverside Park and Harmon Field Park to the west.
Rolling Hills Water Treatment Plant Flow Meter Replacement This project provides for the preparation of plans and specifications necessary to bid and construct four water meter vaults, along with necessary water piping modifications, located at the Rolling Hills Water Treatment Plant.
Rosemont Area Sewer Improvements Part 1 Sewer lines will be rehabilitated in streets and alleys in the Rosemont, Worth Heights and Shaw Clarke areas.
Rosemont Area Water and Sewer Improvements Existing water and sanitary sewer mains will be replaced in an area bound by Woodland Avenue to the north, 5th Avenue to the east, West Gambrell Street to the south, and Stadium Drive and Granbury Road to the west. This contract will provide for additional survey and design for the replacement or relocation of cast iron water mains and deteriorated sewer mains.
Sarita Drive and Hildring Drive Area Water and Sewer Improvements Existing water and sewer lines will be replaced in an area bound by Sarita Drive to the north, Westdale Drive to the south, Hildring Drive West to the east and South Hulen Street to the west. Cast iron water lines will be replaced.
Seminary Drive Area - Mason to Felix - Water and Sewer Improvements Existing water and sewer lines will be replaced in an area bound by West Mason Street to the north, Union Pacific Railroad to the east, West Felix Street to the south and South Adams Street to the west. This project is in Council District 9 and District 11. Everything north of West Seminary Drive is in Council District 11 and everything south of West Seminary Drive is in Council District 9.
Seminary Drive Area - Railroad to Adams - Water and Sewer Improvements Existing water and sewer mains will be replaced in an area bound by Drew Street to the north, South Adams Street to the east, Fuller Avenue to the south and Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad to the west. This project is in Council District 9 and District 11. Everything north of West Seminary Drive is in Council District 11 and everything south of West Seminary Drive is in Council District 9.
Seminary Drive Area Water and Sewer Improvements Existing water and sanitary sewer mains will be replaced on both sides of I-35W. The project is bound by East Waggoman Street to the north, Union Pacific Railroad to the east, Sycamore Creek and SE Loop 820 to the south, and Hemphill Street to the west. Landmarks include the Bob Bolen Public Safety Complex, Union Pacific Railroad and the Fort Worth and Western Railroad.
Shoreview, Heron, Hatch & Hodgkins Area Water and Sewer Improvements Water and sanitary sewer mains will be extended to the Shoreview area - between Lake Worth and the White Settlement city limit line - and to the Hatch Road area - adjacent to Lake Worth and Fort Worth’s extraterritorial jurisdiction.
Skyline, Jacksboro and Circle Ridge Area Water and Sewer Improvements Existing water mains and sewer mains will be replaced in an area bound by Jacksboro Highway to the north, Jacksboro Highway at Long Avenue to the east, Southbrook Drive to the south and Skyline Drive to the west. The City of Sansom Park borders the north and west sides of the project. The City of River Oaks borders the west and south side of the project. This project is in Council District 2.
South and West Area Water and Sewer Improvements Existing water and sewer mains will be replaced in an area bound by East Leuda Street to the north, Tennessee Avenue to the east, Ripy Street to the south and Odessa Avenue to the west. This project is in Council District 8 and Council District 9.
South Hills - Cockrell Avenue Area - Water and Sewer Improvements Existing water and sewer mains will be replaced in an area that is bound by West Seminary Drive to the north, Merida Avenue to the east, Sadler Avenue to the south, and Rector Avenue to the west.
South Hills South Water and Sewer Improvements Existing water and sewer mains will be replaced in an area bound by Interstate 20 to the north, McCart Avenue to the east, South Hills High School to the south and Westcreek Drive to the west.
South Hills – Kyle, Creston, Odessa & Westfield Area – Water and Sewer Existing water and sewer mains will be replaced in an area bound by West Fuller Avenue to the north, Cockrell Avenue to the east, Southwest Loop 820 to the south and Overton Avenue to the west. Cast iron water mains will be replaced in Kyle Avenue, Creston Avenue, Odessa Avenue and Westfield Avenue.
South Side - Allen Ave to Ramsey Ave - Water & Sewer Improvements Existing water and sewer mains will be replaced in an area bound by East Allen Avenue to the north, I-35W South Freeway frontage road to the east, East Ramsey Avenue to the south and South Main Street to the west. Cast iron water mains will be replaced. This project is in Fort Worth Council District 11.
South Side - James Avenue to Hemphill Street - Water and Sewer Existing water and sanitary sewer mains on the south side will be replaced in an area bound by West Seminary Drive to the north, Adams Street and Hemphill Street to the east, West Fuller Avenue and the Burlington Northern & Santa Fe Railroad to the south and James Avenue to the west. This project is in Fort Worth Council District 9.
South Westside V Elevated Storage Tank and Water Transmission Main The South Westside V elevated storage tank will be built, in conjunction with a water transmission main, to service growth in west Fort Worth and its extraterritorial jurisdiction.
Southside II Water Main Alignment Study The Southside II Water Main Alignment Study focuses on the alignment of a proposed water transmission main that would stretch from just south of Oak Grove Shelby Road in Fort Worth, south to Alsbury Boulevard in Burleson.
State Hwy. 170 Water Main Crossing Relocations Part 3 Water and sewer mains will be extended to the area of Shoreview Drive and Hatch Road.
Stop 6 and Historic Rosedale Water and Sewer Improvements Existing water and sanitary sewer mains will be replaced on streets and in alleys in an area bound by Elgin Street to the north, Carverly Drive to the east, Wiman Drive and East Berry Street to the south and Hatcher Street to the west.
Summer Creek Drive and Southside IV Flow Transfer Station This capital improvement project includes a transfer station and pipe improvements. The purpose of the transfer station will be to maintain water quality in the developing Southside IV pressure plane as well as support the operation of the new Southside IV Booster Pump Station.
Sycamore Creek Phase 4A & 4B Wastewater Improvements This is the fourth phase of the Sycamore Creek Sewer Relief Improvement project. Tavolo Park Sewer Main Improvements A 30-inch in diameter sanitary sewer main will be rehabilitated - or replaced - in an area that is bound by Altamesa Boulevard to the north, Harris Parkway to the east, Columbus Trail at Old Granbury Road to the south and Quail Ridge Road to the west. This is in the Tavolo Park and The Chisholm at Tavolo Park area.
TCU Area Water and Sewer Improvements Existing water and sanitary sewer mains will be replaced in the TCU area. The improvement area is bound by West Bowie Street to the north, Cleburne Road and Gordon Avenue to the east, Benbrook Boulevard to the south and Stadium Drive to the west. Landmarks include TCU, Trinity Episcopal Church, Paschal High School, restaurants, businesses and hotels.
Tierney, Vaughn, Fitzhugh and Stonegate Water and Sewer Improvements Existing water and sanitary sewer mains will be replaced in an area bound by Randol Mill Road to the north, Williams Road to the east, Crenshaw Avenue to the south and Binkley Street to the west.

Trinity Boulevard Area Sewer Main Relocation Design work is underway to reroute an existing siphon - exposed and close to failure – on a sewer main located north of the TRE railroad line, just west of Hwy. 360.
Upper Big Fossil Creek Wastewater Improvements A sewer main that runs through The Golf Club Fossil Creek will be rehabilitated and a new sewer main will be constructed to run parallel to the existing main.
Village Creek Facility - Thickener Process Improvements Existing dissolved air floatation sludge thickeners will be replaced, and modification or rehabilitation of the existing sludge thickener clarifiers will be made.
Village Creek Facility Biosolids Management and Beneficial Reuse Fort Worth is changing the current method of repurposing biosolids at the Village Creek Water Reclamation Facility.
Village Creek Lift Station and Grit Removal This project is to construct a 145 MGD (million gallons per day) pump station and force main to direct the Village Creek Basin (south) flow to the existing Headworks Facility to combine with the West Basin (west) flow ahead of the grit removal facility at the Village Creek Water Reclamation Facility.
Walnut Creek Sewer Extension The Walnut Creek sewer extension will provide sanitary sewer service for future development.
Water and Sewer Improvements - I35W Service Road to Sycamore Creek Water and sewer mains will be replaced in a project area bound by the railroad and Morningside Park to the north, Sycamore Creek to the east, Fogg Street to the south and I-35W to the west. Watercress Low Pressure Sewer Improvements The area around Lake Worth was previously served by water wells and septic systems. Improvements include installation of a low pressure sewer system and individual grinder pumps.

West Fork Collector Parallel Phase 1 An existing 90-inch in diameter sewer main will be rehabilitated and a the West Fork Collector Parallel Phase 1 will be constructed.
West Fork Trinity River Sewer Relief Line A 60-inch relief sanitary sewer line will be constructed parallel to the existing 72-inch West Fork interceptor to address system capacity issues in the West Fork Basin.
West Long Avenue Infrastructure Improvements Water and sanitary sewer lines will be replaced in an area that is north of Menefee Avenue, east of NW 27th Street, south of Kearney Avenue and west of Angle Avenue.
West Side and Ridglea Area Water and Sewer Improvements Water and sanitary sewer mains will be replaced in an area bound by Normandale Street and W Loop 820 South to the west, Clarke Avenue to the north, Simondale Drive and Texas Christian University to the east and West Berry Street to the south.

Westside III 24-inch Water Transmission Main The 24-inch diameter Westside III 24-inch water transmission main will be constructed perpendicular to the proposed 36-inch diameter Westside III water transmission main that will extend from the Westside Water Treatment Plant on Old Weatherford Road to just south of I-20.
Westside III 42-inch Water Transmission Main A 42-inch diameter water transmission main will be constructed between the Westside Water Treatment Plant to the north to the water ground storage tank site just south of I-20.
Westside IV Elevated Storage Tank & 36-inch Water Transmission Main An elevated storage tank will be constructed to provide additional water storage capacity and a 36-inch water transmission main will be installed to pump/provide the needed water to the elevated storage tank.
Westside Pressure Plane & Water Improvements New water mains will be installed in streets and in easements on the west side of Fort Worth to alleviate low water pressure issues. In addition, part of one westside pressure plane (Westside 2) will be transferred to an adjacent westside pressure plane (Westside 3) that has a higher operating pressure. Construction is south of I-30, east of Loop 820 and west of Alta Mere Drive/Benbrook Highway.

Alamo Heights and Riverside Alliance Water and Sewer Improvements This project encompasses two areas. The western part is in Alamo Heights, between Chisholm Trail Parkway and I-30. It is bound by Wirfield Street to the west, Alamo Avenue to the north, Bedford Street to the east and Lisbon Street to the south. Altamesa Pump Station Backup Power and Electric Improvements The Altamesa Pump Station is one of four large City of Fort Worth pump stations that are essential for water supply. The Altamesa Pump Station requires replacement of aging electrical switchgear and motor as well as backup generators. Improvements are vital to keep the pump stations operating if there is another deep freeze similar to the one that Fort Worth experienced in February 2021.
Altura to Lanark Foster Park Area Water and Sewer Improvements Existing water and sewer mains will be replaced in an area bound by Altura Road to the north, Hildring Drive East to the east, Lanark Avenue to the south and South Drive to the west. This project is in the Foster Park neighborhood association area.

Clear Fork Lift Station and Force Main This project has two parts - a lift station and force main. The two will help eliminate sanitary sewer overflows and handle both normal and peak flow conditions.

Landmarks include Alcon Laboratories and New Mount Calvary Baptist Church.
Historic Rosedale, Stop 6, Handley & Echo Heights Water and Sewer The project area is bound by Van Natta Lane to the north, Muse Street to the east, Cox Street to the south and Pate Drive to the west. The segments are divided by Loop 820. The City of Arlington is south and east of the project.
Historic Southside Area Water and Sewer Replacements and Installations This project area is bound by Terrell Avenue to the north, Freeman Street and the Union Pacific Railroad to the east, Rosedale Street to the south and Bransford Street to the west. Cast iron water mains will be replaced on East Humbolt, East Pulaski, Verbena and Freeman streets.A 15-inch in diameter concrete sanitary sewer main will be abandoned.
Historic Southside Sewer Rehabilitation Existing sewer lines will be replaced in an area bound by US 287 to the east, I-35W to the west, Irma Street to the south and East Broadway Avenue to the north.
Hollis Street and Blandin Street Area Water and Sewer Improvements Existing water mains and sewer mains will be replaced in a project area bound by NE 28th Street to the north, North Riverside Drive to the east, Springdale Road to the south, and North Sylvania Avenue to the west. Lake Arlington Gravity Main Portions of the existing wastewater collection system serving the Village Creek Wastewater Basin are at capacity. Increased capacity is necessary to handle projected growth within the basin, which also includes the wholesale customer cities of Burleson and Crowley. The Lake Arlington Lift Station Gravity Main has two parts, the downstream gravity main and the upstream gravity main.
Lake Arlington Lift Station A lift station is used to pump wastewater or sewage from a lower level or elevation to a higher level.
Lake Country Drive Water and Sewer Improvements Existing water and sewer mains will be replaced in an area bound by Skylake Drive and Eagle Mountain Lake to the west, Dosier Creek and Boat Club Road to the north, Eagle Mountain Country Club to the east and Golf Club Drive and Carter Slough to the south.
Lakeside Area Water and Sewer Improvements New water and/or sewer mains will be installed in the Jacksboro Highway area. The project is bound by Roadrunner Road to the west and north, Surfside Drive to the east and Ella Young Drive to the south. The project borders the city of Lakeside.
Little Fossil Creek Sewer Interceptor Improvements Existing sanitary sewer interceptors will be replaced in four project areas that impact Fort Worth Council District 4, Haltom City and Blue Mound.
Long Avenue Area - Loving to N. Grove - Water and Sewer Improvements Existing water and sewer mains will be replaced in an area bound by NW 35th Street to the north, North Grove Street and the Union Pacific Railroad/Santa Fe Railroad to the east, NW 31st Street to the south and Loving Avenue to the west. Cast iron water lines will be replaced with this project. This Fort Worth Water capital improvement project is in Fort Worth Council District 2.
Marine Creek Drainage Basin Phase 2 Part 2 Improvements This Marine Creek Drainage Basin Phase 2/Part 2 Improvement project includes building a parallel sanitary sewer main that will replace a severely deteriorated sanitary sewer main located immediately downstream of the project main. The construction is bound by Ten Mile Bridge Road to the north and east, Marine Creek Lake and Park to the south, and stops short of Huffines Boulevard to the west.
Marine Creek Parallel Sewer Interceptor Improvement Project New sanitary sewer and water mains will be installed in streets, alleys and easements in an area bound by NE 23rd Street to the north, Cold Springs Road to the east, NE 12th Street to the south, and Mule Alley – south of the Stockman Club and the Fort Worth Stockyards - to the north and west. The rehabilitation parallels the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad, Marine Creek and NE 23rd Street.
Markum Ranch Pump Station and Ground Storage Tank Growth within west Fort Worth and its Extra Territorial Jurisdiction (ETJ) requires continuous improvements to the water distribution system in order to provide and maintain reliable water service to existing and proposed developments within the Westside III, IV, and V pressure planes.
Marquita Drive Water and Sewer Improvements Existing water and sewer mains will be replaced in a 3-block area of Marquita Drive, which is located east of AltaMere Drive and west of Bonnie Drive.
Meadowbrook, Joel East and Oak Grove Area Sewer Improvements Sanitary sewer lines will be replaced in Council District 8 and Council District 11. The northernmost area is between East Lancaster Avenue and Interstate 30 - bound by Toronto Street to the west and Ben Avenue to the east. The southernmost area borders the City of Everman - between Joel East Road to the north, Everman Parkway to the south, Snowden Road to the west and Wichita Street to the east.
Miller Avenue to Trueland Drive Area Water & Sewer Improvements This project encompasses the replacement of existing 16-inch in diameter up to 24-inch in diameter cast iron water mains -as well as aging sewer mains in an area bound by Forbes Street to the north, Griggs Avenue to the east, Martin Street to the south, and Trueland Drive to the west. The Eastwood elevated storage tank serves the northern area and the Timberline tank serves the southern area.
Mistys Run Sewer Extension A sanitary sewer main will be extended on Mistys Run, from Keller-Hicks Road to Old Denton Road.
Mitchell Boulevard and Burchill Road Water and Sewer Improvements Existing water and sewer mains will be replaced in two project areas - divided by Martin L King Jr. Fwy/Hwy. 287 – in East Fort Worth.

Monticello, Linwood and Westside Area Water and Sewer Improvements Existing water and sewer mains will be replaced in an area bound by White Settlement Road to the north, University Drive to the east, West 5th Street to the south and Virginia Place to the west. The streets and easements are located in Council District 7 and Council District 9.
Morningside and Glencrest Area Water and Sewer Improvements Existing water and sewer mains will be replaced in two areas that are bound by Marion Avenue to the north, Glen Garden Avenue to the east, Wyatt Court to the south and I-35W/Blue Star Memorial Highway to the west.
NASJRB and Fort Worth Area Water and Sewer Improvements Existing water mains - and one sewer main - will be replaced at the Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base in Westworth Village and in the cities of Fort Worth, River Oaks and White Settlement. This project is bound by Fort Worth Council District 7 to the north and east, River Oaks to the east, Fort Worth Council District 3 to the south and, White Settlement to the south and west.
Near Southside Medical District Water and Sewer Improvements Existing water and sanitary sewer mains will be replaced in this capital improvement project that is bound by East Vickery Boulevard and West Freeway to the north, Kentucky Avenue and Evans Avenue to the east, West Magnolia Avenue to the south and South Ballinger Street to the west.
Neches, Deen and Terminal Road Area Water and Sewer Improvements Existing water and sewer mains will be replaced in an area bound by Terminal Road to the north, Deen Road and the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway North Yard to the east, NE 36th Street to the south and Neches Street to the west. The area is primarily residential with Cesar Chavez Primary School on the southeast end.
New York, Main, Morningside, Capps, Page and Alley Infrastructure Existing water and sanitary sewer mains will be replaced in an area bound by East Arlington Avenue to the north, New York Avenue to the east, West Cantey Street to the south and College Avenue to the west.
North Bailey - Lakewood to White Settlement - Water and Sewer Existing water mains and sanitary sewer mains will be replaced in an area bound by Lakewood Road to the north, Bailey Avenue to the east, White Settlement Road to the south and Rockwood Park Drive to the west.
North Beverly Hills Area Water and Sewer Improvements Existing water mains and sewer mains will be replaced in an area bound by Azle Avenue at McCandless Street to the north and east, True Avenue to the east, Jacksboro Highway to the south and the City of Sansom Park and Beverly Hills Drive/McCandless Street to the west.
North Riverside Drive 30-inch Water Main - Springdale to Booker In order to improve the water delivery and reliability to the north side, Fort Worth Water will install a 30-inch water main on North Riverside Drive from Booker Street to Springdale Road. This project includes the replacement of smaller diameter cast iron water mains and deteriorated sanitary sewer mains along the alignment of the proposed 30-inch water main.
North Saginaw Boulevard 24-inch Water Transmission Main The North Saginaw Boulevard 24-inch water transmission main, Phase 1B will extend from the Business US 287/Heritage Trace Parkway intersection to a location near the Business US 287/Bonds Ranch Road intersection.
North Side - 38th Street to 34th Street - Water and Sewer Improvements Existing sewer mains and water mains will be replaced in an area bound by NE 38th Street and Fort Worth Meacham International Airport to the north, Decatur Avenue to the east, NE 34th Street to the south and Main Street/Business 287 to the west.
North Side - Ellis Avenue Area - Water and Sewer Improvements Existing water and sanitary sewer mains will be replaced in an area bound by NW 26th Street to the north, North Main Street to the east, East Central Avenue to the south and Clinton Avenue to the west. Ellis Avenue is the focus. Landmarks include the Stockyards, Fire Station #12 and Marine Creek.
North Side - Meacham Airport to North Calhoun- Water and Sewer Existing water and sewer lines will be replaced in an area bound by Falcon Way to the north, North Calhoun Street and Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad to the east, NW 34th Street to the south and Fort Worth Meacham International Airport to the west. Landmarks include the Vintage Flying Museum and Fort Worth Fire Station #25.
North Side - Menefee Avenue Area - Water & Sewer Improvements Existing water and sewer mains will be replaced in an area bound by East Allen Avenue to the north, I-35W South Freeway frontage road to the east, East Ramsey Avenue to the south and South Main Street to the west. Cast iron water mains will be replaced. This project is in Fort Worth Council District 11.
North Side and Far Greater Northside Historical Water and Sewer Existing water and sewer mains will be rehabilitated or replaced in an area bound by Buck Sansom Park and 28th Street to the north, Refugio Avenue to the east, Ohio Garden Road and Rockwood Park Golf Course to the south, and WJ Turner Elementary School, Macie Avenue and Rosen Park to the west.
North Side and Stockyards Area Infrastructure Improvements Sanitary sewer mains and water mains will be replaced in an area bound by NW 25th Street to the north, North Grove Street to the east, NW 16th Street to the south and Grand Avenue to the west. Landmarks include the Stockyards Station, Saunders Park, All Saints Catholic School, Manual Jara Elementary, Boys and Girls Club, NICA, Marine Park, Northside Park, J.P. Elder Middle School and Maddox Park.
North Tarrant Express Water and Wastewater Relocations, Segment 3A The Texas Department of Transportation entered into an agreement with North Tarrant Express Mobility Partners (NTEMP) to identify and construct highway improvements in the northeastern part of Tarrant County, including portions of Interstate 35W, Interstate 20, and State Hwy. 183 corridors within the city of Fort Worth.

Northpointe 24-inch Water Transmission Main A 24-inch in diameter water transmission main will be installed in north Fort Worth.
Northside III 54-inch Water Transmission Main Alignment and Land Study This alignment study includes the proposed water transmission main that would extend from the Eagle Mountain Water Treatment Plant (6801 Bowman Roberts Road) at the southwest end, to the existing 36-inch in diameter Northside III water main at Willow Springs Road at the Blue Mound Road West intersection to the northeast.
Northside, Circle Ridge and Johns Way Water and Sewer Improvements Deteriorated water and/or sewer mains will be replaced in the North Fort Worth area, adjacent to Lake Worth, Sansom Park and River Oaks.
Oak Grove, Savage and Glasgow Area Water and Sewer Improvements Existing water and sanitary sewer mains will be replaced in an area bound by Oak Grove Road and SE Loop 820 to the north, Oak Grove Road West to the east, Glasgow Road to the south and I-35W South Freeway and SE Loop 820 to the west. Landmarks include Highland Hills Baptist Church and East St Paul Baptist Church.
Park Hill Drive & 8th Avenue Infrastructure Improvements Water and/or sewer mains will be replaced in the Park Hill Drive and 8th Avenue area. This area is bound by West Jessamine Street to the north, West Cantey Street to the south, Shirley Avenue to the west, and 8th Avenue to the east.
Reed Street and Hatcher Street Water and Sewer Improvements This project was created as part of the water cast iron pipe initiative to reduce the amount of water main breaks. Fort Worth Water management has committed to replacing a minimum of 20 miles of cast iron pipe every year.
Richardson Slough Lift Station and 20-inch Sewer Force Main The Richardson Slough lift station modification/20-inch in diameter sanitary sewer force main project will provide services to future development, including to the proposed Tavolo Park subdivision. This capital improvement project is in southwest Fort Worth – southeast of the Columbus Trail and Old Granbury Road intersection and west of Chisholm Trail Parkway.
Richmond, Baltimore, Arlington and Delaware Area Water and Sewer Existing water and sanitary sewer mains will be replaced in an area bound by Elmwood Avenue to the north, Delaware Avenue and the Fort Worth and Western Railroad to the east, East Davis Avenue to the south and I-35W South Freeway to the west. Carroll Peak Elementary School is in the project area.
River District and River Heights Area Water and Sewer Improvements Existing water and sewer mains will be replaced in an area bound by White Settlement Road to the north, Merritt Street to the east and the West Fork Trinity River to the south and west. This project is in Council District 7. Construction may impact the River District neighborhood association and River Heights HOA.
River Trails Area Sewer Main Replacement Fort Worth Water will replace two 15-inch in diameter ductile iron sanitary sewer mains in easements in the River Trails Park area. The easement is south of Trinity Boulevard and northeast of the West Fork of the Trinity River. The replacement is 320 feet west and 150 feet south of the Sabinas Trail/Salado Trail intersection, then southeast 2,215 feet then south 675 feet.
Riverside and United Riverside Area Water and Sewer Improvements Water mains and sewer mains will be replaced in an area that is bound by East 1st Street to the north, North Riverside Drive to the east, Huffman Street to the south, and the Trinity River and Sylvania Avenue to the west.
Riverside Area Sewer Improvements Sanitary sewer mains and water mains will be replaced in an area bound by Clary Avenue to the north, Airport Freeway to the south, North Sylvania Avenue to the west, and North Riverside Drive to the east.
Riverside, Oakhurst and East Fort Worth Water and Sewer Improvements Existing water and sanitary sewer mains will be replaced in an area bound by Goldenrod Avenue to the north, Haltom Road to the east, Interstate 30 to the south and North Sylvania Avenue to the west. Landmarks include Gateway Park and Fort Woof Park to the east, Sylvania Park to the northeast, Mount Olivet Cemetery to the northwest and Riverside Park and Harmon Field Park to the west.
Rolling Hills Water Treatment Plant Flow Meter Replacement This project provides for the preparation of plans and specifications necessary to bid and construct four water meter vaults, along with necessary water piping modifications, located at the Rolling Hills Water Treatment Plant.
Rosemont Area Sewer Improvements Part 1 Sewer lines will be rehabilitated in streets and alleys in the Rosemont, Worth Heights and Shaw Clarke areas.
Rosemont Area Water and Sewer Improvements Existing water and sanitary sewer mains will be replaced in an area bound by Woodland Avenue to the north, 5th Avenue to the east, West Gambrell Street to the south, and Stadium Drive and Granbury Road to the west. This contract will provide for additional survey and design for the replacement or relocation of cast iron water mains and deteriorated sewer mains.
Sarita Drive and Hildring Drive Area Water and Sewer Improvements Existing water and sewer lines will be replaced in an area bound by Sarita Drive to the north, Westdale Drive to the south, Hildring Drive West to the east and South Hulen Street to the west. Cast iron water lines will be replaced.
Seminary Drive Area - Mason to Felix - Water and Sewer Improvements Existing water and sewer lines will be replaced in an area bound by West Mason Street to the north, Union Pacific Railroad to the east, West Felix Street to the south and South Adams Street to the west. This project is in Council District 9 and District 11. Everything north of West Seminary Drive is in Council District 11 and everything south of West Seminary Drive is in Council District 9.
Seminary Drive Area - Railroad to Adams - Water and Sewer Improvements Existing water and sewer mains will be replaced in an area bound by Drew Street to the north, South Adams Street to the east, Fuller Avenue to the south and Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad to the west. This project is in Council District 9 and District 11. Everything north of West Seminary Drive is in Council District 11 and everything south of West Seminary Drive is in Council District 9.
Seminary Drive Area Water and Sewer Improvements Existing water and sanitary sewer mains will be replaced on both sides of I-35W. The project is bound by East Waggoman Street to the north, Union Pacific Railroad to the east, Sycamore Creek and SE Loop 820 to the south, and Hemphill Street to the west. Landmarks include the Bob Bolen Public Safety Complex, Union Pacific Railroad and the Fort Worth and Western Railroad.
Shoreview, Heron, Hatch & Hodgkins Area Water and Sewer Improvements Water and sanitary sewer mains will be extended to the Shoreview area - between Lake Worth and the White Settlement city limit line - and to the Hatch Road area - adjacent to Lake Worth and Fort Worth’s extraterritorial jurisdiction.
Skyline, Jacksboro and Circle Ridge Area Water and Sewer Improvements Existing water mains and sewer mains will be replaced in an area bound by Jacksboro Highway to the north, Jacksboro Highway at Long Avenue to the east, Southbrook Drive to the south and Skyline Drive to the west. The City of Sansom Park borders the north and west sides of the project. The City of River Oaks borders the west and south side of the project. This project is in Council District 2.
South and West Area Water and Sewer Improvements Existing water and sewer mains will be replaced in an area bound by East Leuda Street to the north, Tennessee Avenue to the east, Ripy Street to the south and Odessa Avenue to the west. This project is in Council District 8 and Council District 9.
South Hills - Cockrell Avenue Area - Water and Sewer Improvements Existing water and sewer mains will be replaced in an area that is bound by West Seminary Drive to the north, Merida Avenue to the east, Sadler Avenue to the south, and Rector Avenue to the west.
South Hills South Water and Sewer Improvements Existing water and sewer mains will be replaced in an area bound by Interstate 20 to the north, McCart Avenue to the east, South Hills High School to the south and Westcreek Drive to the west.
South Hills – Kyle, Creston, Odessa & Westfield Area – Water and Sewer Existing water and sewer mains will be replaced in an area bound by West Fuller Avenue to the north, Cockrell Avenue to the east, Southwest Loop 820 to the south and Overton Avenue to the west. Cast iron water mains will be replaced in Kyle Avenue, Creston Avenue, Odessa Avenue and Westfield Avenue.
South Side - Allen Ave to Ramsey Ave - Water & Sewer Improvements Existing water and sewer mains will be replaced in an area bound by East Allen Avenue to the north, I-35W South Freeway frontage road to the east, East Ramsey Avenue to the south and South Main Street to the west. Cast iron water mains will be replaced. This project is in Fort Worth Council District 11.
South Side - James Avenue to Hemphill Street - Water and Sewer Existing water and sanitary sewer mains on the south side will be replaced in an area bound by West Seminary Drive to the north, Adams Street and Hemphill Street to the east, West Fuller Avenue and the Burlington Northern & Santa Fe Railroad to the south and James Avenue to the west. This project is in Fort Worth Council District 9.
South Westside V Elevated Storage Tank and Water Transmission Main The South Westside V elevated storage tank will be built, in conjunction with a water transmission main, to service growth in west Fort Worth and its extraterritorial jurisdiction.
Southside II Water Main Alignment Study The Southside II Water Main Alignment Study focuses on the alignment of a proposed water transmission main that would stretch from just south of Oak Grove Shelby Road in Fort Worth, south to Alsbury Boulevard in Burleson.
State Hwy. 170 Water Main Crossing Relocations Part 3 Water and sewer mains will be extended to the area of Shoreview Drive and Hatch Road.
Stop 6 and Historic Rosedale Water and Sewer Improvements Existing water and sanitary sewer mains will be replaced on streets and in alleys in an area bound by Elgin Street to the north, Carverly Drive to the east, Wiman Drive and East Berry Street to the south and Hatcher Street to the west.
Summer Creek Drive and Southside IV Flow Transfer Station This capital improvement project includes a transfer station and pipe improvements. The purpose of the transfer station will be to maintain water quality in the developing Southside IV pressure plane as well as support the operation of the new Southside IV Booster Pump Station.
Sycamore Creek Phase 4A & 4B Wastewater Improvements This is the fourth phase of the Sycamore Creek Sewer Relief Improvement project. Phase 4 focuses on design of the southernmost end of the 66-inch parallel relief Sycamore Creek Sanitary Sewer Relief main. These interceptors will parallel the existing sewer main.
Sycamore Creek Sewer Rehabilitation The existing sanitary sewer lines - from I-30 south to the I-35/I-20 interchange, which includes the Sycamore Creek Wastewater Improvement project – will be rehabilitated. The existing lines parallel the new lines that are being constructed. This is Phase 4.
Sycamore Creek South Wastewater Improvements This is Phase 3 of the four-phase Sycamore Creek Sewer Rehabilitation project. This phase stretches from East Vickery Boulevard on the north end to Cobb Park Drive, just south of Hwy. 287, on the southern end.
Tavolo Park Sewer Main Improvements A 30-inch in diameter sanitary sewer main will be rehabilitated - or replaced - in an area that is bound by Altamesa Boulevard to the north, Harris Parkway to the east, Columbus Trail at Old Granbury Road to the south and Quail Ridge Road to the west. This is in the Tavolo Park and The Chisholm at Tavolo Park area.
TCU Area Water and Sewer Improvements Existing water and sanitary sewer mains will be replaced in the TCU area. The improvement area is bound by West Bowie Street to the north, Cleburne Road and Gordon Avenue to the east, Benbrook Boulevard to the south and Stadium Drive to the west. Landmarks include TCU, Trinity Episcopal Church, Paschal High School, restaurants, businesses and hotels.
Tierney, Vaughn, Fitzhugh and Stonegate Water and Sewer Improvements Existing water and sanitary sewer mains will be replaced in an area bound by Randol Mill Road to the north, Williams Road to the east, Crenshaw Avenue to the south and Binkley Street to the west.
Trinity Boulevard 36-inch Water Main Relocation, Phase 1 and Phase 2 This project is the construction of the Trinity Boulevard 36-inch water main relocation, Phase 1 and Phase 2,
Trinity Boulevard Area Sewer Main Relocation Design work is underway to reroute an existing siphon - exposed and close to failure – on a sewer main located north of the TRE railroad line, just west of Hwy. 360.
Upper Big Fossil Creek Wastewater Improvements A sewer main that runs through The Golf Club Fossil Creek will be rehabilitated and a new sewer main will be constructed to run parallel to the existing main.
Village Creek Facility - Thickener Process Improvements Existing dissolved air floatation sludge thickeners will be replaced, and modification or rehabilitation of the existing sludge thickener clarifiers will be made.
Village Creek Facility Biosolids Management and Beneficial Reuse Fort Worth is changing the current method of repurposing biosolids at the Village Creek Water Reclamation Facility.
Village Creek Lift Station and Grit Removal This project is to construct a 145 MGD (million gallons per day) pump station and force main to direct the Village Creek Basin (south) flow to the existing Headworks Facility to combine with the West Basin (west) flow ahead of the grit removal facility at the Village Creek Water Reclamation Facility.

Landmarks include Echo Lake and the Worth Heights Community Center. This Fort Worth Water capital improvement project is in Fort Worth Council District 8 and Fort Worth Council District 11.
Watercress Low Pressure Sewer Improvements The area around Lake Worth was previously served by water wells and septic systems. Improvements include installation of a low pressure sewer system and individual grinder pumps.

West Side and Ridglea Area Water and Sewer Improvements Water and sanitary sewer mains will be replaced in an area bound by Normandale Street and W Loop 820 South to the west, Clarke Avenue to the north, Simondale Drive and Texas Christian University to the east and West Berry Street to the south.
Westcliff and Westcliff West Area Water and Sewer Improvements Existing sanitary sewer mains and water mains will be replaced in an area bound by Hilltop Road to the north, Manderly Place to the south, Bellaire Circle to the west and Carolyn Road to the east. Cast iron water mains are being replaced. This capital improvement project is in Fort Worth Council District 3 and will impact the Westcliff and the Westcliff West neighborhood associations.

The project sites are south of I-30/West Freeway, east of Camp Bowie Boulevard, northwest of Granbury Road and west of East Loop 820 South.

Westside III 24-inch Water Transmission Main The 24-inch diameter Westside III 24-inch water transmission main will be constructed perpendicular to the proposed 36-inch diameter Westside III water transmission main that will extend from the Westside Water Treatment Plant on Old Weatherford Road to just south of I-20.
Westside III 42-inch Water Transmission Main A 42-inch diameter water transmission main will be constructed between the Westside Water Treatment Plant to the north to the water ground storage tank site just south of I-20.
Westside IV Elevated Storage Tank & 36-inch Water Transmission Main An elevated storage tank will be constructed to provide additional water storage capacity and a 36-inch water transmission main will be installed to pump/provide the needed water to the elevated storage tank.
Westside Pressure Plane & Water Improvements New water mains will be installed in streets and in easements on the west side of Fort Worth to alleviate low water pressure issues. In addition, part of one westside pressure plane (Westside 2) will be transferred to an adjacent westside pressure plane (Westside 3) that has a higher operating pressure. Construction is south of I-30, east of Loop 820 and west of Alta Mere Drive/Benbrook Highway.
