Hanna Ranch Sewer Main Improvements

This Fort Worth Water capital improvement project will replace approximately 15,800 linear feet (2.9 miles) of a 50-plus year old sewer main to provide for growth in southeast Fort Worth and the Hanna Ranch development. Hanna Ranch is located southeast of I-35W and Altamesa Boulevard.

The project area is bound by:

Everman Kennedale Road, Royal Crest Drive and West Bell Avenue to the north
Village Creek to the east
East Enon Avenue to the south
And, Wichita Street to the west.

Wichita Street is the western boundary between the City of Everman and the City of Fort Worth/Council District 8. Just east of Bluebell Drive is the eastern boundary between the City of Everman and Fort Worth Council District 8.

This Fort Worth Water capital improvement project is an area that includes Everman, Fort Worth, City of Fort Worth extraterritorial jurisdiction and the Everman Independent School District.

The sewer main will be replaced in the following:

Lee Street from North Race Street to Roy C Brooks Boulevard

Roy C Brooks Boulevard from Lee Street to 500 feet south of Lee Street

East Enon Avenue from 1,100 feet south of South Forest Hill Drive to 1,300 feet north of Forest Hill Drive

Anglin Circle from Anglin Circle to 600 feet east of Anglin Circle

Everman Kennedale Road from Anglin Drive to 1,900 feet east of Anglin Drive

The sewer main will be replaced in the following easements:

In an easement from Wichita Street to North Race Street

In an easement from Roy C Brooks Boulevard to East Enon Avenue

In an easement from East Enon Avenue to Anglin Circle

In an easement between Anglin Circle and Anglin Drive

In an easement from Anglin Drive to Everman Kennedale Road

This project started as a development project several years ago. The project was then transferred to the Fort Worth Water Department’s capital project delivery division.

There are no Fort Worth neighborhood associations in the project area, but there are several Everman schools, including Souder Elementary School and Hommell Elementary near this construction area.

The Fort Worth Water Department is hosting a community construction meeting on Thursday, October 3, for the Hanna Ranch Sewer Main Improvement project. The meeting will start at 6 p.m. at the Everman Civic Center at 213 N Race Street. This project will replace 2.9 miles of a 50-year plus old sewer main to provide growth in southeast Fort Worth and the Hanna Ranch development. This project is in Council District 8 and the City of Everman.
