New water and sewer mains will be installed along Jacksboro Highway in an area bound by Roadrunner Road to the west and north, Surfside Drive to the east and Ella Young Drive to the south. 

The area impacted includes:

• Roadrunner Road from 3,000 feet west of the Jacksboro Highway/Surfside Drive intersection, then to the west 2,000 feet (water);

• Jacksboro Highway from Roadrunner Road to Surfside Drive (water and sewer);

• Surfside Drive from Watercress Drive to Jacksboro Highway (sewer);

• Sommerville Place Road from Ella Young Drive to  Tyler Place (sewer);

• Tyler Place from Ella Young Drive to Sommerville Place Road  (sewer).

This capital improvement project is in Fort Worth Council District 7 and borders the city of Lakeside. Construction  may impact the Scenic Shores neighborhood association and Northwest Fort Worth Neighborhood Alliance area.
