The City’s Transportation and Public Works Department is rehabilitating select streets in the West Meadowbrook Area.

The project streets include:

• Arden Place from Somerset Drive to Rand Street
• Bradley Avenue from Panola Avenue to Hampshire Boulevard
• S. Edgewood Terrace from E. Lancaster Avenue to Judy Lane
• Forby Avenue from E. Lancaster Avenue to Panola Avenue
• Judy Lane from Lloyd Avenue to S. Edgewood Terrace
• Panola Avenue from Ayers Avenue to S. Perkins Street
• S. Perkins Street from E. Lancaster Avenue to Panola Avenue
• Virginia Lane from Rand Street to the East Dead End

This project is in Council District 11. 

January 2025 Project Status

The project is complete and the work  is transitioning into the two-year warranty period.
