Existing water and sanitary sewer mains will be replaced in an area bound by:

• I-35W South Freeway to the west
• Northeast Parkway to the north
• Fort Worth and Western Railroad to the east, and
• East Jessamine Street to the south.

The streets and alleys that are impacted by this project include the following.

Water and Sewer

• Harvey Avenue from Mississippi  Avenue to the dead end (cast iron water line)
• East Powell Avenue from I-35W South Freeway to Mississippi Avenue (cast iron water line)
• Alley between East Davis Avenue and Harvey Avenue from I-35W South Freeway to Evans Avenue

Water 

• East Davis Avenue from the I-35W Freeway to  Evans Avenue (cast iron)
• East Jessamine Street from the I-35W  Freeway to New York Avenue (cast iron)
• East Davis Avenue from Mississippi Avenue to the east dead end 
• Delaware Avenue (unpaved) from Davis Avenue to Harvey Avenue
• A water line will be installed in Evans Avenue - from East Davis Avenue to Harvey Avenue, and from East Powell Avenue to East Jessamine Street.

Sewer

• Alley between East Davis Avenue and Harvey Avenue from Mississippi Avenue, to the east 185 feet
• Alley between Harvey Avenue and East Powell Avenue from Mississippi Avenue to Yuma Street
• Alley between East Powell Avenue and East Jessamine Street from Mississippi Avenue to 315 feet east 

This part of the project is in Fort Worth Council District 8. Construction will impact the Hillside neighborhood association and the United Communities Association.

Fort Worth Water will host a community construction meeting for the above project on Thursday, December 5, at 6 p.m. at the Atatiana Carr-Jefferson Community Center at Hillside - located at 1201 East Maddox

Rondo Drive is in Fort Worth Council District 2

Rondo Drive from Great Southwest Parkway to Northeast Parkway

• The cast iron water main will be replaced and the sewer main will be replaced. 
• Construction will impact the Inter-District 2 Alliance.

Fort Worth Water will host a community construction meeting for the Rondo Drive project on Monday, December 9, at 10 a.m. at TTI, located at 2441 Northeast Parkway.
