City Council to consider adopting 2017 Comprehensive Plan on March 7

The proposed plan is a limited update to the 2016 plan, which serves as Fort Worth’s official guide for making decisions about growth and development.The City Council will consider a recommendation from the City Plan Commission to adopt the 2017 Comprehensive Plan at a public hearing scheduled for 7 p.m. March 7.

Segment of Main Street to be closed, water service shut off March 1 for leak repair

Main Street from 4th Street to 5th Street will close to all traffic at 10 p.m., Wednesday, March 1, so crews can fix a water main leak under the roadway.
