Notice of Request for Proposals for public service agencies & nonprofits interested in applying for funds under the following grant programs: Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) and Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA).

The City of Fort Worth, Neighborhood Services Department is inviting nonprofit social services agencies to respond to a Request for Proposals for public service and architectural barrier removal programs that will provide benefits to eligible households.

Become a citizen forester

Registration is now open for citizen forester training. Become an expert volunteer and a steward of the urban forest. Training sessions begin March 21 and will be held once monthly for the rest of the year.

Improvements coming to trails near Panther Island Pavilion

Beginning Feb. 24, the Tarrant Regional Water District will be making improvements to the grounds on the north shore of Panther Island Pavilion. Trail users are asked to use the trail reroute; signage will be in place.
