PD plans crime prevention activities in north Fort Worth

The Fort Worth Police Department’s crime prevention specialists have planned auto etching events in August. Vehicle window etching involves a police representative engraving the vehicle identification number onto each window of the vehicle.

Public art program seeks comment on 2017 draft work plan

Submit your comments or ask questions about the draft fiscal year 2017 Fort Worth Public Art Annual Work Plan at a hearing Aug. 8. After the hearing, the Fort Worth Art Commission will send its final recommendations to the City Council.

New fire station construction on the horizon

Fort Worth Library starts auto-renew program

No more last-minute rushes to the library to renew materials just before their due date. Auto-renew is a new service from the Fort Worth Library that automatically renews items on their due date if they qualify for renewal and haven’t been returned.
