Water utility lines being repaired in Handley area

Contractors are repairing wastewater lines on two segments of West Pioneer Parkway (Spur 303) in Fort Worth as part of the city’s Handley Area Water and Wastewater Improvement project. The project is expected to be complete by July 2018.

RTC approves $6.9 billion in transportation projects in 10-year plan

Infrastructure improvements planned for three eastside streets

The city’s Transportation and Public Works Department is hosting an open house from 6-6:30 p.m. Jan. 23 at the East Regional Library, to discuss sidewalks and pedestrian crossing improvements along Bridge Street, Woodhaven and Boca Raton boulevards.

City's forestry staff to participate in Mayor’s Week of Compassionate Service

The City of Fort Worth’s Forestry Section is participating in Mayor Betsy Price’s Week of Compassionate Service, Jan. 21-29. Volunteers will be working to transplant, weed, water and organize tree seedlings at the city-owned tree farm.

Log Cabin Village closing for maintenance

The Log Cabin Village will be closed for routine maintenance Jan. 21-Feb. 5. When it reopens, hours will be 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and 1-5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday; closed Mondays.
