What’s new: Comments were collected over a month and a half. Here are some highlights of what residents want included in the FY25 Budget:
- Finish up projects that have started, specifically road projects.
- Change streetlight bulbs when they turn purple.
- Fix potholes throughout the City.
- Take care of the City’s infrastructure.
- Maintain alleyways in south Fort Worth.
- Add more dumpsters for bulk waste.
- Be strategic about development throughout the City.
- Preserve small businesses and neighborhoods.
- Create more youth programs to learn a trade.
Budget Focuses & Core Services
A recommended $9 million more will repair cracks, potholes and other street issues to address resident concerns.
